Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:
Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Shoes: must be returned with intact sole, and packaging
Products from the "Offers" category: These products can be exchanged for another size, or with other products from the same category only. NO money refunds can be issued
Bags: must be returned with intact packaging and labels.
Hats: Do not try the item outside your house. it must be returned in perfect condition and by using the initial packaging to avoid wear during the transfer.
Candles: Items that are part of a set cannot be returned individually. The wick must remain intact. Products should be in perfect condition and returned with their original, undamaged packaging.
