Announcement to Our Online Store Customers

Dear Valued Customers,

After 16 years of serving you through our online store, we would like to inform you of an important strategic decision regarding our e-commerce operations.

As part of the restructuring of our commercial activities, www.matis-fashion.com will permanently cease operations on August 31, 2026.

This decision concerns our online store ONLY. MATIS continues its operations as usual and remains fully committed to its future, with an even stronger focus on its wholesale (B2B) business, which has always been one of the company's key pillars of growth.

Our goal is to further strengthen our network of partner retailers, expand our business collaborations, and provide an even higher level of service to our professional clients. Our B2B platform will continue to operate as normal, serving exclusively our business partners.

At the same time, our retail presence continues through our physical stores:

• MATIS Corner – attica City Link, 5th Floor, 9 Panepistimiou Street, Athens
• MATIS Store – 182 Doiranis Street, Kallithea
• MZATIS Outlet – Factory Outlet Piraeus

Important Information Regarding the Online Store

• Our online store will be closed for the summer holidays from August 1 through August 23, 2026.
• Once operations resume, all pending orders, exchanges, and returns will be processed as usual until August 31, 2026, which will be the final day of operation for our online store.
• After August 31, 2026, customer service will continue exclusively through our physical stores at Factory Outlet Piraeus and our Kallithea store.
• Customers with an outstanding store credit from purchases made through our online store will be contacted personally over the coming days with detailed instructions regarding the refund process.

This strategic decision enables us to focus our investments where MATIS has consistently created the greatest value: developing our collections, supporting our retail partners, and delivering products and services of the highest standards.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the trust and support you have shown us throughout the years. Your loyalty has played an important role in our journey, and we are truly grateful for having had the opportunity to serve you through our online store.
